In this option, you can go solo or work together with friends to successfully transplant organs, stitch wounds, and generally make sure Bob–the game’s default patient model– survives and doesn’t bleed out in your surgery room. While most simulators like Surgeon Simulator 2 are fun and casual games with no need for story, this one takes a different path by offering a serious Story Mode.
